Chad Scothorn, Chef/Proprietor is expanding his business to Historic Main Street Durango.  The “old world – new world” Cosmopolitan has old favorite dishes combined with eclectic food combinations.  Additionally, the historic Woolworth building has been transformed by creating an old world – new world interior.
